Hotel and Leisure Investment Vehicle

PERROTTET PARTNERS has been retained by PATA to evaluate the possibility of establishing a new Hotel and Leisure investment vehicle in the South Pacific.

By establishing a broad investment portfolio across the region, it is intended that this initiative will overcome the apparent shortage of capital and provide a spread of risk for its investors.

Samoa Resort Project Development

PERROTTET PARTNERS has been retained by a European client to manage the development of a tourism project on its land in Samoa. PPPL is working with the client to negotiate improved terms for the leases involved, to develop a suitable concept for the project, identify and introduce credible partners and to manage the development process.

Boutique Resort Acquisition

PERROTTET PARTNERS is currently advising a North American client on the purchase of one of the Pacific’s most exclusive boutique island resorts. The advice has involved a review of the operations of the resort and the development of a strategy to finance the acquisition leading to a go/no go decision. This will be followed by a program to raise the outstanding capital and to structure the finance. PPPL is working with other professional advisers to deliver a range of services to bring the transaction to a successful close.
