Development Bank of Samoa
Perrottet Partners has been retained by the Development Bank of Samoa to undertake a review of a selection of properties in the Bank’s tourism portfolio that are considered “at risk” credits.
Working with Bank executives and property owners, Perrottet Partners has reviewed all documentation, assessed the physical assets and carried out a quick appraisal of each of the businesses. We also prepared detailed financial projections and assessed scenarios for debt service capability for each enterprise. Following this we will recommend a program of action designed to improve performance and to manage the Bank’s exposures.
Sinalei Reef Resort & Spa - Financial Advisory Services
Following a successful capital raising and reopening after the 2009 tsunami, the owners of Sinalei Resort & Spa have retained PERROTTET PARTNERS to advise on the future development of the company. In addition to ongoing financial management advice, PPPL is providing advice in relation to the future development strategy for the business, organisational structure, brand development as well as the financial structure of the company.
Samoa Hotel Project Development
PERROTTET PARTNERS has been commissioned to undertake an investigation into the development options for a significant parcel of freehold land near Apia. A full site and market appraisal has been completed and a range of development options identified. These are currently being tested to arrive at a preferred project concept which will address scale, market position and financial structure.
